Cost
- Provide First Aid $150.00 / $100.00 Concession
- Provide CPR $80.00 / $50.00 Concession
(Must Present Valid Concession Card)

*Classes may be cancelled if minimum numbers are not met
Course Details
Classes are split into two sections. The first section will be CPR and then CPR learners can depart, and the remaining section will be Provide First Aid.
HLTAID009 Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation
2 hours of online training (must be completed prior to class)
1 hour of face-to-face training
HLTAID011 Provide First Aid
4 hours of online training (must be completed prior to class)
3 hours of face-to-face training
*Online course work must be submitted the Monday prior to the course commencing.
What you’ll learn
HLTAID009 Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation
- Recognise and assess an emergency situation
- Perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) in accordance with ARC guidelines
- Operate an automated external defibrillator (AED) according to manufacturer’s instructions
- Recognise the possible psychological impacts on self and other rescuers and seek help when required
HLTAID011 Provide First Aid
- Recognise and assess an emergency situation
- Provide first aid in accordance with established first aid principles
- Perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) in accordance with ARC guidelines
- Assess the casualty and recognise the need for first aid response
- Seek assistance from emergency services
- Monitor the casualty’s condition and respond in accordance with first aid principles
