Do you have an eye for detail? BGT is seeking a candidate to undertake a Cert III Business Traineeship. If you have an interest in insurance or finances and are looking for a start to your career in this field, then you may be the ideal candidate for this role.
To secure this role, you will need to have:

• Excellent attention to detail
• Good technical skills (particularly Microsoft Excel and Word)
• Good decision making skills
• Able to listen and understand clients’ needs

• Well presented & pleasant phone manner
• A proactive work ethic
• Willingness to learn
• Trustworthy and honest
Based in Ballarat this is a Full time role, 12 month Traineeship.
